Received deposit payment will confirm your booking.

PAYMENTS:
Winter season 2021-2022:
• if reservation is made before 1st of May 2021, 30%  deposit is charged in May 2021. Reservation made after 1st of May 2021: 30 % deposit to be paid upon booking.

• The remaining balance to be paid 6 weeks before arrival. When under 6 weeks to arrival the full payment will confirm the reservation.  If the reservations value is under 1000 €, the whole amount will be charged upon booking.

Christmas & New Year 18th Dec 2021 – 8th Jan 2022:
• if reservation is made before 1st of May 2021, 30%  deposit is charged in May 2021. Reservation made after 1st of May 2021: 30 % deposit to be paid upon booking.
• The remaining balance to be paid by 1st Oct.

Winter season 2021:

  • one 100% payment 4 weeks before arrival. After that 50% cancellation fee until 15 days before arrival. 100% cancellation fee if cancelled 14 days or less before arrival date. If there is a short time cancellation caused by covid19 restriction a voucher valid for 18 months will be provided.

Summer & Autumn season 2021

1.5.-30.8.2021
free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival. After that 100% cancellation fee.
1.9.-31.11.2021
free cancellation until 30 days prior to arrival. After that 100% cancellation fee.

CANCELLATION TERMS

Winter season 2021-2022

  • For cancellation made 6 weeks before arrival, cancellation fee is 50 € .
    • Cancellation fee of 50 % when the cancellation is made 6 weeks – 15 days before arrival.
    • Cancellation fee 100 % when the cancellation is made 14 days or less before arrival.

• Cancellation fee 30 % when cancellation is made before 1st Oct.
• Cancellation fee 100 % when cancellation is made after 1st Oct.

OTHER CONDITIONS:

  • During Winter season minimum stay in rooms, cabins, suites and apartments is 2 nights. Aurora accommodation can be booked for 1 night stay.
  • For Christmas and New year period mandatory dinner supplement for the whole stay.
  • Our guests are fully responsible in informing their flight details and special diets latest seven days before arrival to the hotel. We will not be able to arrange airport transfers or special meals without them.
  • For compelling reasons hotel reserves the right to move bookings to another hotel of same standard. Hotel compensates the immediate costs. Hotel operates according to Finnish legislation.
  • Hotel recommends travel insurances to cover unexpected costs.
