Booking & Cancellation Terms

A deposit payment will confirm your booking:

  • 30 % deposit is to be paid upon booking.
  • The remaining balance is paid 6 weeks before arrival. If there is under 6 weeks to the arrival date, then full payment will confirm the reservation.

During Christmas & New Year 20 Dec –7 Jan:

  • 30 % deposit is to be paid upon booking.
  • The remaining balance is to be paid by 1 October.

The bookings can be cancelled as follows:

  • If cancellation is made 6 weeks before arrival cancellation fee 50 € office costs.
  • Cancellation fee 50 % will be charged if the cancellation is made 6 weeks – 15 days before arrival.
  • Cancellation fee 100 % will be charged if the cancellation is 14 days or less before the arrival.

Cancelling for Christmas & New Year 20 Dec –7 Jan:

  • Cancellation fee 30 % will be charged if the cancellation is made before 1 Oct.
  • Cancellation fee 100 % will be charged if the cancellation is made after 1 Oct.

Changes to confirmed bookings:

  • Booking can be modified 2 times without extra cost.
  • Office fee of 50€ will be charged for every additional change.

Please note that during winter season Wilderness Hotel Nellim & Muotka offers accommodation only with a package or activity bookings. When the accommodation and activities are booked separately, mandatory 40€/person fee for winter outdoor clothing will be added automatically to the  booking.

During Winter season minumum stay in rooms, cabins, suites and apartments is 2 nights. Aurora accommodation can be booked for 1 night stays and without activity requirements.

Our guests are fully responsible in informing their flight details. We will not be able to arrange airport transfers without them.

For compelling reasons hotel reserves the right to move bookings to another hotel of same standard after negotiating with the client. Hotel compensates the immediate costs. Hotel operates according to Finnish legislation.

Hotel recommends travel insurances to cover unexpected costs.

GROUPS

Minimum group size is 15 people.

Your group bookings can be cancelled as follows:

  • Deposit invoice is non-refundable
  • Cancellation fee 100 % will be charged if the cancellation is made less than 6 weeks before the arrival or not at all.
  • During 20 Dec – 7 Jan: Cancellation fee 100 % will be charged if the cancellation is made after 1 Oct.
